The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur was founded in 1963 and is a member of the Universities of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland (FHO). This public federal institution is comprised of six faculties, each offering Bachelor, Master and further education programs. With approximately 1600 students, HTW Chur provides an excellent learning environment with an intimate atmosphere, modern facilities, and small, student-oriented classes. The HTW Chur offers bachelor, master and further education studies in the six faculties of “Civil Engineering and Architecture”, “Information Science”, “Management”, “Media and Communication”, “Technology” and “Tourism”.


Our Services for transnational Business Transfer

On behalf of the Canton of Grisons the HTW Chur is hosting a SME center offering a variety of services to businesses in the region, such as innovation support, strategy development, and business transfer. This services are combined with the Swiss Institute for Entrepreneurship Research (SIFE) which is doing applied research and business services in the focus areas Digital Strategies, Internationalization and Innovation. HTW Chur is also cooperating with KMUnext (http://www.kmunext.ch/). KMU next is a national platform for business transfer.
